Tranquil Tuscan
Behind the Leaf
A nutrient‑dense green grown for everyday use, Tranquil Tuscan features tender Baby Tuscan Kale. Also known as Lacinato or Dinosaur Kale due to it's bumpy reptilian-like texture, Baby Tuscan Kale is known for Vitamins A, K and C, and anti-oxidant properties. It has milder flavour than mature kale, making it easy to use raw or lightly cooked.

- Sautéed side: Quick sauté with garlic, chili flakes, and a splash of soy or balsamic for a simple, mineral‑rich side.
- Soups and stews: Stir in during the last few minutes of cooking for added body and nutrition without tough texture.
