Tuffboi Tatsoi

Behind the Leaf

Naturally nutritious with Vitamin C, Calcium and low in calories. Tuffboi Tatsoi, also known as Rosette Spinach Mustard, is one of the healthiest and tastiest vegetables in the Brassica family (this includes greens such as Bak Choy and Broccoli). Tuffboi Tatsoi's tight rosette shape grows low and dense, which is why it holds together in hot wok than looser-leafed greens.
